UNIFLOW S.D.4 offer sliding sash, sloped front-cabinets are environmentally friendly and partial recirculating downflow cabinets designed in order to allow highly comfortable working conditions.
This Laminar Flow Cabinet works on recirculation mode with air being filtered by HEPA filter with 99.999% efficiency on 0.3µ particles before entering the work area at a speed of 0.45m/sec. This flow speed ensures a Class 100 environment throughout the work area. Air coming through the front aperture is then mixed with the downflow air without affecting the product and recirculated. 70% of the air is returned to the working area through the main HEPA filter and 30% is exhausted into the lab environment through an exhaust HEPA filter. This ensures double protection both for the product and for the operator.
The special sloped front design and the sliding glass window ensure comfortable working position.

HEPA filter manufactured in accordance with MIL-F51068 and BS-3928, with an efficiency higher than 99.999% on 0,3μ particles, DOP tested.
